Job Description

Responsible for participant screening and recruitment for investigator-initiated studies on tobacco use treatment, multi-center research studies, and patient-oriented clinical and translational research projects within a specific Division focused on tobacco dependence, under general supervision. Works directly with faculty, study physicians, research coordinators, project managers, and other research staff. Performs chart review, telephone screening, in-person screening visits, consenting of participants, processing and shipping of labs, entering data into databases, and the provision of behavioral counseling interventions focused on smoking cessation.
