An opening exists for a researcher (either pre- or post-doctoral) to work within the UCL Tobacco and Alcohol Research Group.

The successful candidate will be expected to primarily co-ordinate and manage remote data collection at three follow-up time points for a randomized controlled trial evaluating the effectiveness of the Drink Less smartphone app.

The position is funded for 18 months, in the first instance, as part of a project funded by the National Institute of Health Research.

The successful candidate will have completed a MSc (Grade 6B) or a PhD (Grade 7) in Behavioural Science or related area; experience of coordinating data collection for a large study; and good knowledge of trial management, regulations, governance and methodology.

Excellent organisational skills and being skilled at using Microsoft Office and statistical software packages are essential, and experience.
